As a joint investment by Fujitaka (Japan), Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Ukraine Research Center, we brought in the world leading cooling technology from Ukraine to accelerate the development of the thermoelectric cooling product, production, and sales. In 2003, Fujitaka and Ukraine Research Center formed a joint venture, in which, Qinhuangdao Fulianjing later became a foreign solely owned corporation.
